The spirit of some people sometimes just can't go unnoticed. I don't know her name, but the lady who took my order has the spirit of the sun. She's so happy, kind, and puts a lot of effort into what she does. You can tell she loves serving the customers that come in, I even heard her recite a regulars order before they said anything. Such a welcoming warm energy that prompted this review. As for the food, it always hits the spot, I always get the bean and cheese burrito with black beans. The way it melts together just always gets me.
Their food is good, service spot on. Salsas delicious. It's about as good as you'll ever get in the fast food world.
I haven't tried the food yet, but their customer service is amazing! I ordered lunch to go for my husband and myself today. The order was ready when I arrived and a staff member carried it out to my car for me, even opening my door for me as I use forearm crutches and carrying things can be a challenge. I didn't even have to ask for assistance, he just offered. So thoughtful. The food smells delicious!
Salsa Bar and Outdoor sitting under redwoods are the two best things here. Service was okay, Chicken tostada was good. Nachos were good too. Veggie quesadilla was a bit oily and extra soggy.
They have really good burritos at this location. Whenever I'm craving a burrito on the go, I come here. Today I had the burrito ultimo with grilled Ono and my husband tried the new smokey bbq bowel with carnitas. Everything was really good and we love the salsa bar.
